Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7–12 days. Each order is prepared after you place it and sent by standard shipping.

When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation, with tracking details when they're available.

Your shipping address

Please check your address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email support@peptellebeauty.com right away and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived after 12 days, or its tracking has stopped updating, email support@peptellebeauty.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
